We're spending the weekend at the Oregon coast and we stop in at a local bar in tiny Yachats, Oregon (http://www.yachats.org/), a town of only 617 people, to watch the Packer game and have dinner. 4 minutes into the first quarter, a bus tour from the Milwaukee area arrives and unloads to watch the game. Packer jerseys, cheeseheads (who brings a cheesehead on a 4,000 mile roadtrip?), and everything. They had to settle for crabcakes instead of brats and Deschutes instead of Leiny's, but overall it was just like being in Wisconsin. The entire bar was full of Wisconsinites. Very strange.
Pack attack is back....not so much. I was a little surprised your boys lost. Hopefully Brett will come back for another year.
And to Tom, I hope you realize that the cards winning the WS this year is only a dream and there is no way they will have a chance at a ring this year.

I died a little inside last night. I think Brett's going to retire too, just because the world is that dark right now.

If it makes you feel any better I had a dream that the cardinals won the world series. I'm quite sure that it will prove to be true this fall.
